Write following commands in the CMD window:ĥ. In ADB folder, press and hold Shift and right-click in any empty space and select Open command prompt window here from context menu.Ĥ.

Extract the archive and find the ADB folder in the folder you just extracted.ģ. Download the SuperOneClick 2.3.3 RAR Archive from here: SuperOneClick v2.3.3Ģ. When phone starts, go to menu and you'll find Superuser app there. Withing a few seconds, it'll ask you to reboot your phone, click on OK. Open Unlock Root and press 'Root' button, it may ask you to select online devices (devices connected with PC), just select LG P690.ģ.

Download and install 'Unlock Root' on your PC from here: Unlock Root 3.0Ģ.
DO NOT TURN IT ON! You should see these two messages on phone's notification bar:ġ. Phone will ask you to 'Turn on USB Storage'. If it is already unchecked, you don't need to do anything for this.ĥ. On phone, go to Menu > Settings > Storage > Uncheck 'Mass storage only'. > Restart your PC after installing drivers.ģ. You'll need a Microsoft Windows based Computer.
